Leanne Snellen is a Canadian Artist living in Leduc County , Alberta. Born and raised in Edmonton,  Alberta,  she currently  resides on a busy cattle farm with her husband Peter. She has both a clay and paint studio on site.

Leanne graduated with her BFA in April 2015, and is developing her  professional studio practice from her home on the farm as well as through her local arts community. She creates her work through a process of intuitive and multimedia exploration of her subject matter, trusting the decisions she makes to move the work through to completion.
